OUR PROCESS

1. CONSULT
Instead of shopping online for entertainment options, we’ll set up a call to discuss your event. Our goal is to help narrow down your choices to include the best fit for your event vision, budget, and needs. We’ll create a custom proposal tailored to fit your specific event needs.

2. CONTRACT
Once you have reviewed your proposal, select your desired act(s) on the investment page. Email us the contract signer’s full name & address. We’ll then send a contract & invoice, with a 50% deposit due at signing.

3. MUSIC CALL
Rebecca and Lauren personally handle all music meetings. 3 months prior to your event, we’ll schedule an in-depth call to begin finalizing the entertainment details & event flow. We’ll help fine tune the event flow and special music choices.
All music & entertainment requests are finalized 30 days prior to your event.

4. LOGISTICS
Confirm and discuss all music with musicians, contact venue/planner directly to confirm all onsite logistics, attend walkthrough.
We’ll help coordinate custom arrangements for all special music, if needed!

5. FINAL PAYMENT
The final balance payment is due 30 days prior to the event. We’ll email you an invoice link and reminder!

6. PARTY TIME!
Our team will be onsite to oversee the entertainment team and make sure that everything runs smoothly. We will liaise with your planner and/or venue to troubleshoot any timeline shifts or adjustments behind the scenes.
